An International Love Story Set in the Heart of Copenhagen

Julie & Julian

Julie and Julian was truly an international affair. Raised in Luxembourg and moving abroad the beautiful couple chose Copenhagen as their special day. I started at the church where there was a special energy as everyone traveled from near and far to celebrate Julie and Julian. Many different languages and cultures joining together.

After ceremony we made our way over to the kings library garden. (Det Kongelige Biblioteks Have) where we spent a short while capturing some portraits together with them both and the bride and groom party. The garden was full of roses a perfect setting.

We made our way to the boat and where we picked up the rest of the wedding guests. We traveled around the canals and harbours, everyone sharing stories from there time together at international school.

Our final stop Reffen, one of my favourite settings in Copenhagen. Reffen is a creative hub located on the industrial waterfront, known for its colourful food stalls, recycled shipping containers, and lively atmosphere. The venues all have a rustic feeling and filled with light making it a perfect place to take reception images. As the night went on and the speeches began I left and made good use of my location with an ice cream for my journey back home
